Regional Outreach Manager at DeCoach Recovery Centre is a dynamic and driven professional responsible for expanding our network of referral sources, fostering relationships with community partners, and promoting our comprehensive addiction treatment services across the assigned region. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that individuals and organizations throughout the community are aware of the valuable resources and programs DeCoach offers.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:Develop and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, including hospitals, mental health facilities, criminal justice systems, social services, and other relevant organizations.Represent DeCoach Recovery Centre at community events, health fairs, and meetings to promote our services and establish a presence in the region.Serve as the primary contact for regional referral sources, ensuring clear and consistent communication about DeCoach’s services and capabilities.
Outreach & Marketing:Implement strategic outreach plans to increase referrals and admissions to DeCoach’s programs, including detox, residential treatment, outpatient services, and recovery housing.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials that effectively communicate DeCoach’s services and mission.Monitor and report on outreach activities, including tracking referral trends, and adjusting strategies as needed to meet regional goals.
Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with existing referral sources to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the assigned region.Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate a seamless referral and intake process for clients entering DeCoach’s programs.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other Outreach Representatives and the Chief Marketing Officer to share best practices, strategies, and insights.Provide support and guidance to junior outreach staff within the region.Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to clients.
Data & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral sources in CRM software.Analyze outreach and referral data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports for management on outreach progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, social work, or a related field (preferred).3-5 years of experience in outreach, business development, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or addiction treatment industry.Knowledge of addiction recovery services and the substance use disorder treatment industry is highly desirable.
Skills & Abilities:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and referral targets.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
