Job Overview: As the Regional Manager, you will be the catalyst for the success of our properties. Your objective? To motivate and empower our Property Managers, Leasing, and Service Teams to achieve new levels of excellence, ensuring our properties consistently meet the highest standards of quality and service. With your sharp attention to detail and enthusiasm for training and team development, you will lead the initiative in crafting memorable experiences for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct regular onsite evaluations of our properties, ensuring quality assurance, aesthetic appeal, and asset maintenance.
  • Recruit, train, and cultivate our management, leasing, and service staff, fostering a team of high-achieving individuals committed to excellence.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative technological solutions to streamline property management operations and enhance the resident experience.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing agent and maintenance coordinator to ensure properties adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee resident interactions, guaranteeing exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Leverage your expertise in property management software and systems, training and supporting onsite personnel to master these tools.
  • Set an example by embodying our dedication to professionalism, integrity, and outstanding service in all your endeavors.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise all staff activities to ensure adequate coverage. Approve payroll submissions.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial statements.
  • Facilitate bids for capital projects and services to secure optimal pricing. Execute service agreements with third-party vendors.
  • Report all insurance claims promptly to ownership.
  • Conduct periodic audits of files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Approve payables and monitor receivables to ensure properties operate within budget and company standards.
  • Implement effective business and marketing strategies to minimize vacancies.

Qualifications:
