Position Overview

Erie Home is at the forefront of the home improvement industry, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Regional Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our field marketing initiatives.

As a leader in our marketing division, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team that engages directly with homeowners to generate valuable leads for our sales representatives. Your role will encompass recruiting, training, and inspiring your team to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary of $1,000 per week with attractive monthly bonuses.
  • Total earnings potential ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental, health, life insurance, paid time off, training, and vision coverage.
  • Company vehicle provided, along with a gas card.
  • Cell phone reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit enthusiasm and motivation to educate the community about energy efficiency, encouraging homeowners to take proactive steps.
  • Demonstrate quick learning abilities and adaptability while managing a team of 5-10 members.
  • Possess a minimum of one year of experience in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach; management experience in these areas is highly valued.
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring staff is essential.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology, including iPads and computers.
  • Availability to work evening hours as needed.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, which may involve up to 50 hours per week.
