The Administrative Support Associate will focus on supporting our regional locations. We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Support Associate to join our team In this role, one will support our regional locations and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This will be an onsite role.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting multiple regional branches
  • Work with the Director of Growth to continuously refine and improve world-class integration processes
  • Facilitate the flow of information between management and staff
  • Facilitate online meetings, answering customer calls
  • Manage internal and external communication
  • Provide administrative support to our regional team
  • Works with operations to resolve team member relations issues; Investigates, counsels and assists in resolving disputes
  • Practices strong engagement with all team members including accepting diversity of ideas and thoughts, sharing responsibility for success, demonstrating honesty and integrity, helping team members solve problems and showing respect
  • Prepares reports and identifies trends in team member related issues, turnover and performance trends and provides solutions to operations leadership

Administrative Assistant Support Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communication skills to interact with customers, management, and staff
  • Knowledge of office management, company office procedures, and company policies
  • Very strong organization skills, time management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Pest Pac experience is a plus
  • Pest Control industry experience
  • Strong multitasking ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma (or GED); a bachelor’s degree can be beneficial
  • Multi-tasker
