What you’ll do:
We are searching for a Cybersecurity Compliance Support Analyst who will assist in ensuring the organization's cybersecurity policies and procedures are aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. To be expected:
  • Monitor and report on the organization’s compliance with internal cybersecurity policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and external regulators.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Track and ensure timely remediation of audit findings and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development, review, and updating of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are communicated effectively across the organization.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and non-compliance issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the creation and delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Ensure that employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
  • Stay updated on relevant cybersecurity laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Provide guidance to the organization on how to comply with new and existing regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of incident response plans.
  • Support incident investigations and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assess and monitor the cybersecurity compliance of third-party vendors.
  • Ensure that vendors adhere to the organization’s cybersecurity standards and policies.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using compliance management and reporting tools.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying and addressing compliance issues.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80k and $100k. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position may be eligible for an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
