Position Overview

AERMOR LLC is in search of a qualified Information System Security Specialist (Level II) to enhance our cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing essential documentation for the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

Location: San Diego, CA
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Clearance Requirement: Secret-TS/SCI

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and maintain operating procedures, process guides, user agreements, and system-level RMF Control Family Plans tailored to operating system configuration settings.
  • Select and implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
  • Conduct verification and validation processes.
  • Perform Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning.
  • Manage scan and residual risk plans utilizing Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM).
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Technical or Management field. Alternatively, ten (10) or more years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Possession of a current U.S. Government issued, active Top Secret/SCI Level Security Clearance.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Security Test and Evaluation (T&E), or Assessment and Authorization (A&A).
  • Relevant information system security certifications such as CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO.
  • Proficiency at the Intermediate or Advanced level in the DoD Cyberspace Workforce (DCWF) Qualification and Management Program.
