Job DescriptionJob Description

Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for one Junior Sous Pastry Chef to join our strong team. We are located at 4564 Alvarado Canyon Road Suite G. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable and engaged.

Hours: 5am-1:30pm

Days: flexible, must be available weekend and holidays

About 40hrs a week

Salary of $3,800/month + $ Bonus

Possibility to Grow within Company

Responsibilities

  • responsible of the dessert production line
  •  Work with different preparation from SCRATCH; mousses, biscuits, custards, creams, tart crusts, cream puffs, puff pastry
  • keep inventory of the finished product line
  • keep inventory of the raw ingredient
  • Work with Chef on new creation
  • Must be able to assist on our other department (Macaron, bread, croissants and finishes) when needed
  • Must be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Must be punctual, organized, focused and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of PROFESSIONAL experience in the Pastry Field
  • Must have a valid SD Food handler license
