THE JOB

This role is for a Project Sales Representative specializing in commercial HVAC systems. The position focuses on selling HVAC equipment, including large chillers, boilers, and air handlers, directly to building owners. With no cold calling involved, you will manage a provided book of business, aiming to sell between $1 million and $2 million annually. This role also involves consulting with business owners on building automation to enhance energy efficiency and maximize capital investments. Success in this role is measured by your ability to close deals and sustain business, with a focus on existing customers.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record in selling complex HVAC equipment (not residential or new construction).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a history of closing significant deals.
  • Experience in roles such as Service Account Manager, Special Projects Consultant, or Industrial Sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building automation systems and selling to commercial building managers, general managers, or business owners.


THE BENEFITS

  • Competitive base salary of $75,000 to $90,000, depending one experience
  • Uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $200,000 in the first year.
