About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Sales Professional to join our team at Rosso Recruiting. As a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and client services in the Mechanical Contractors and Engineers industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and client services in Mechanical Contractors and Engineers with MEP/HVAC projects
  • Manage territory selling Refrigeration and HVAC services and agreements
  • Initiate and coordinate entertainment and technical events for clients
  • Set and follow up on leads and referrals from current clients
  • Generate new business and sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management
  • Experience with business-to-business sales preferred
  • Knowledge of the business environment in the Colorado Springs region
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction
  • Professional image
  • Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in system design, estimating, and project management for commercial equipment replacement and mechanical projects
  • Working knowledge of larger equipment, such as boilers, chillers, packaged units, VRF, CRAC, and controls
  • Familiarity with service is a plus
