About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Rosso Recruiting. As a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and client services in the Mechanical Contractors and Engineers industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Manage a territory of Mechanical Contractors and Engineers, selling Refrigeration and HVAC services and agreements
  • Initiate and coordinate entertainment and technical events for clients
  • Set and follow up on leads and referrals from current clients
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold lead generation and referrals
Requirements
  • Associates degree or background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management
  • Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
  • Proficient in system design, estimating, and project management for commercial equipment replacement and mechanical projects
  • Working knowledge of larger equipment, such as boilers, chillers, packaged units, VRF, CRAC, and controls
  • B2B sales experience with $5MM or more in sales experience
  • Good driving record and license
  • Enthusiasm to learn and work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving dynamic energy service field
