  • What you do:

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a key member of the operations team for a fast growing and 3rd largest long-term health and rehabilitation organization in Michigan. The RDO is responsible for executing short and long-term financial and operating objective of multiple long-term care facilities within a region. In addition, the RDO is responsible for the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.

The Regional Director of Operations will:

  • Assist the organization with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested.
  • Fosters Mission Point’s culture of Delivering Excellence. Every Life. Every Moment. Every Day.
  • Plans, develops, directs, monitors, and supports all operational and fiscal activities for the facility’s programs and services.
  • Ensure quality and consistency with company standards as well as actively promote Mission Point’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Coordinate and lead the overall vision and strategy within the region and execute policies and procedures that contribute to the overall business plan, quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, efficiency, and capital improvements are in line with the organizations business plan and vision.
  • Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution and more.

What you need:

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, MBA or related degree preferred
  • 10 + years’ operational experience, including 3+ years of P & L responsibility in Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to recommend improvements
