Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and project managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide expert advice on material selection, design, and project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction or related industries.
- Proven success in securing and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong network within the construction and real estate development sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be a team player and able to communicate with co-workers on a daily basis
- You'll need to be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, have good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.
