Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities 
  • Provide expert advice on material selection, design, and project specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Proven success in securing and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong network within the construction and real estate development sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must be a team player and able to communicate with co-workers on a daily basis
  • You'll need to be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, have good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.
