**About Our Client:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Customer Management & Growth:**

- Manage and grow the customer base within your assigned territory.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive profitable business growth.

- Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by the Sales Director.

- Assist customers in selecting products and steer sales towards strategic brands.

**Sales & Follow-Up:**

- Consistently follow up on assigned quotes to maintain a quote-to-close ratio of 20% or higher.

- Address and resolve sales-related issues efficiently.

- Participate in construction site meetings as needed to resolve any issues.

**Market Intelligence & Reporting:**

- Gather and share market intelligence and competitor activity within the company database.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and projections.

- Generate timely field reports and participate in industry events and promotions.

**Qualifications:**

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Ability to read and understand technical documents, including operation manuals and Safety Data Sheets.

- Strong mathematical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

**Experience & Education:**

- Proven experience in outside sales is essential.

- Carpentry skills are a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred, but not required.

**Licenses & Willingness to Travel:**

- Valid driver's license required.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
