This General Manager role comes with a starting range of salary of $60k to $65k and this opportunity would include eligibility for our full range of benefits that include health, dental, vision, parental leave, employer contributions to 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and more
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring company's best practices are in place
- Administers and enforces company policies and procedures
- Working closely with the associate doctors to communicate company objectives
- Serve as a point of contact between centralized operations and their Center
- Ensure compliance in the Center based on OSHA and HIPPA guidelines
- Lead inspire and train team
- Facilitate training for center staff on new best practices
- Drive a productive schedule for their Center
Qualifications:
- 3-5 year management experience in dental or medical field
- Must have experience with OSHA and HIPPA Compliance Standards
- Experience with OpenDental management Software preferred
- 2 plus years experience as a training facilitator

- Lead inspire and train team
- Have high social intelligence to navigate complex situations with patients, team members, and associates.
- Be proactive to problem solve issues
- Be attentive to all details, especially regarding a productive schedule
