Role Overview: This position within Teva's Generic marketing division focuses on the leadership and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for non-traditional generics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and articulate a comprehensive marketing strategy. Identify unrecognized business needs and opportunities through market insights and performance analysis.
- Innovation and Advancement: Recognize markets and products within Teva's generic pipeline that necessitate unique marketing approaches. Create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies leveraging non-personal promotional methods.
- Financial Management: Maintain a financial perspective while overseeing departmental budgets. Identify opportunities to enhance product profitability.
- Performance Measurement: Collaborate with colleagues to develop analytical metrics. Assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies through ROI and other key performance indicators.
- Execution Excellence: Demonstrate project management capabilities by establishing objectives, adhering to timelines, and promoting efficiency across various channels.
- Effective Communication: Communicate seamlessly across all organizational levels. Present marketing objectives and budgets, inspiring collaboration and innovation.
- Business Insight: Extend initiatives beyond immediate responsibilities, drawing insights from diverse sources and market knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant brand management.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Generic and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing, with a background in non-personal promotion or digital marketing.
