Role Overview:
If you seek a dynamic role, this is it. As a B2B Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on driving sales growth across various clients.

You will collaborate closely with the head of Accounts to cultivate strong relationships with a diverse client base, defining sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives, and promotional policies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop channel activities for related products to enhance coverage and volume.
  • Coordinate and manage rolling sales forecasts for the New Business platform.
  • Oversee channel P&L, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective budget management (achieving targets on trade spending, returns, and profits).
  • Distributor Management: Ensure the expected level of service from distributors.
  • Coordinate distributor stock allocation within regions/cities, balancing stock levels and freshness.
  • Budget Management: Align proper budget management with business objectives.
  • Propose forecasts for commercial and assigned structure costs, as well as sales volume budgets.

Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven sales experience with a history of meeting targets.
  • Experience in category, customer, and channel marketing.
  • Proficient in commercial and office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of P&L management.
