Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management:
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Monitor and report on financial performance, including tracking expenses and forecasting future needs.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyze digital marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance Augmentjobs' digital brand presence across all online platforms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10-15 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance measurement.
Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing large budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
