The Senior Marketing Director will lead all marketing efforts for Leap Brands, a home services company specializing in turf management. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and direct-to-consumer marketing within the home services or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Leap Brands as a leader in turf management services.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging to differentiate Leap Brands in the competitive landscape.
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Implement performance-driven lead generation strategies to increase inbound inquiries and optimize conversion rates.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Brand & Customer Experience:
  • Drive brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring that all messaging reflects the company's value proposition and industry expertise.
  • Develop a customer-centric marketing approach focused on delivering an exceptional experience across every touchpoint.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content (video, blogs, social media, etc.) that engages customers and showcases the company's expertise in turf management.
  • Partnerships & Community Engagement:
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local and regional businesses, industry influencers, and community organizations to build brand presence and credibility.
  • Spearhead local marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, events, and community outreach efforts to strengthen relationships within key markets.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Establish clear goals and KPIs for the marketing department, regularly assessing performance and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and consultants to support marketing objectives.
  • Customer Retention & Loyalty Programs:
  • Develop and implement customer retention programs to maximize repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the operations team to gather customer feedback and insights, translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, reviews, etc.) and implement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Budget & Performance Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and report on marketing performance, using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities meet regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the home services, landscaping, or related industries.
  • Proven success in driving customer acquisition and brand growth through integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns that engage customers and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced marketing certifications preferred.
