Benefits Coordinators Corporation (BCC) is a third-party employee benefits administrator and a leader in developing services designed to help our clients run more effective employee benefit programs. We have been experiencing explosive growth and are currently adding a Benefits Administrator. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a role where you can be trained by and work with some of the top experts in the industry.

In practice, the core activities of the job include:

  • Billing and administrative functions of COBRA and benefits plans
  • Process enrollments, update carriers, handle status changes, and process documentation of insurability and carrier follow-ups

Strength and skills necessary for success in the role:

  • Previous experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook will be helpful
  • 1-2 years related office experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication
