In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the client transactions are processed timely, accurately and efficiently. In addition, the Benefits Administration Supervisor ensures processes and procedures training collateral, and client checklists are accurately followed.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Group Administration Manager to establish departmental objectives and goals
  • Supervises, trains and engages with the staff responsible for:
    • Active Eligibility processing
    • COBRA processing
    • Retiree processing
    • Other transactional administrative projects as necessary and/or required to achieve client satisfaction
  • Auditing: Under the direction and guidance of the Manger, the Supervisor performs audits of the Administrator's Eligibility transactions
