Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy for your region to achieve company sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to penetrate new markets, coordinating the development of action plans to drive expansion.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for existing and potential customers, assisting them in selecting solutions that best meet their safety and productivity needs.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers, cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence to assess potential customers and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare clear and compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service, to optimize sales efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Adapt sales strategies in response to changing business environments.
  • Utilize resources such as Fly-In events, executive management support, and new product development to strengthen commercial relationships and drive sales.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in engineered-to-order product sales
  • Demonstrates drive/hunter/closer mentality to turn leads into sales transactions.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain consultative business relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of cultivating sales in a territory.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for developing presentations.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record in accordance with company standards.
  • Ability to travel overnight 50%+
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
*** Pay: $90K-$100K + compensation plan, benefits, 401K w/ company match (Compensation can vary depending on experience)
