Zenith Behavioral Health is an Adolescent Residential Treatment Center dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care for teens struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to empower young individuals and their families to achieve lasting recovery and wellness through innovative, evidence-based treatment programs.


POSITION SUMMARY

The admissions coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the admissions process. This coordination includes taking calls, accepting inquiries from individuals referred to Zenith Behavioral Health, explaining services and related costs, conducting telephonic and physical intakes, and providing guidance on federal regulations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Coordinates all aspects of the admissions, from initial inquiry through admission to the unit
  • Schedules assessments with potential patients and referral sources and explains the assessment/admission process
  • Promptly greets patient and family upon notification of their arrival, informs patient and family evaluation and admission process and completes the intake process
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of company protocols and procedures specific to Intake/Admission

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in the inpatient behavioral health care space, preferred
  • Must have current CPR and Level I AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card, or be able to pass qualifications, and able to pass required clearances, and background checks.
  • Must be flexible to adjust to the needs of a fast-paced environment, demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, and display proficient oral/written communication skills
