Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Account Sales Manager to join our small team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day to day activities of some of our major customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and business development

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with COO managing major customers including Wal-Mart and CVS
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to distribution working with the operations coordinator.
  • Work with operations coordinator to forecast inventory to support customers.
  • Analyze POS sales reports from major retailers.
  • Work with operations to ensure customer orders ship on time and in full.
  • Speak directly with retail buyers and their support team.
  • Work on ensuring customers pay invoices within terms.
  • Dispute and challenge customer deductions and chargebacks.
  • Participate in customer calls.
  • Support team and participate in internal growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of supporting sales
  • Working with major retailers for a consumer brands comany
  • Bachelors’ degree preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-player with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in Excel to include pivot tables and v look up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 per year
