Business Development Representative

- Business to business phone calls.
- 80-120 outbound calls per day.
- Must be able to produce at or above assigned productivity targets (e.g. dials, leads, phone time, etc.) at all times.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Be amicable and professional.
- Sales experience in telecommunications, software and/or data networking arenas is a plus, however, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong phone presence and desire to grow with the organization.
- Be thorough and dependable.
- Handle multiple tasks.
