Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales success? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our West Territory team. In this pivotal role, you will inspire and guide your team to achieve ambitious goals, all within a specified budget.

As the Director of the West Territory, you will:

  • Lead with Vision: Provide clear direction and leadership to your sales team, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Strategize for Success: Implement and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue, profit, and retention targets.
  • Master the Sales Process: Serve as the go-to sales authority, understanding and managing the team's sales process to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications

  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years of related experience
  • 2-4 years of sales leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS technologies and services

Your supervisory duties will include:

  • Provide real-time performance feedback
  • Lead teams across multiple vertical markets
  • Ensure team training and development
  • Schedule work hours, shifts, and job rotations
  • Resolve emergencies and workplace issues
  • Manage staffing decisions and headcount
  • Set and communicate performance targets and goals
  • Provide insights for product development and future enhancements
  • Represent sales in go-to-market strategy with marketing

You will also:

  • Drive regional sales and manage revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives in strategic accounts
  • Create and execute regional territory plans
  • Open new market verticals and implement sales strategies
  • Inform CRO and VP of sales on product and pricing strategies
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Support sales strategy execution and bring in experts as needed
  • Handle weekly forecasting and reporting
  • Manage team travel and event budgets
  • 50% travel required
