Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales efforts within their designated territory. This includes managing sales staff, developing business plans, and improving sales processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and motivate sales staff to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales management experience in an industrial setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
