We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director to lead our healthcare operations in Alabama. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multi-location healthcare operations, including financial performance
  • Develop relationships with physicians and resolve operational issues
  • Prepare and oversee budgets, ensuring efficient office operations
  • Implement start-ups, acquisitions, and organic growth strategies
  • Develop and train Practice Managers and other employees
  • Foster relationships with key referral sources and manage community engagement
Requirements:
  • Experience managing multiple healthcare or dental specialty locations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including staff recruitment and development
  • Financial and business development acumen, including budgeting and managing acquisitions
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time

Compensation: $125,000 base salary + 15% bonus
