Applied Photonix LLC. was established in 2023 as a subsidiary of Holtec International. The company develops innovative technologies that eradicate harmful pathogens from the air. 

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the HVAC systems including the air filtration and purification systems of large buildings including commercial and institutional buildings, hospitals, airports, cruise ships.

Minimum responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing and sales strategy and plans for Applied Photonix.
  • Hire additional marketing and sales team members.
  • Develop relationships with engineering and architectural companies to include the APL’s advanced air disinfection system in the HVAC system design.
  • Develop relationships with facilities managers of large commercial and institutional buildings, including hospitals etc., for replacing the existing air filtration systems with APL’s advanced air disinfection filtration system.
  • Negotiate contracts with building owners for design, installation, and maintenance of APL air disinfection/filtration systems.
  • Manage the APL’s global business development.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the building industry.
  • Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or business management.
