As we expand, we are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our growing sales team and contribute to our success in the Texas market. Job Summary: We are looking for a rock star sales professional who will be focused on building partnerships with our company and our target market This is a thrilling, high energy, and creative position focused on meeting with prospects and helping them design beverage solutions that Peak Beverage will manage and facilitate. The Account Executive will be responsible for closing deals through creative solution design and contract negotiation, networking, and managing their own sales pipeline. This role will focus on selling to the San Antonio and Texas markets and will report to the VP of Sales. The Account Executive will work closely with SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) who generate leads and set up meetings, as well as Account Managers who assist with onboarding new deals and maintaining ongoing relationships. This role does plenty of business closing meetings, networking, and helps our partners achieve their business goals by forming win-win partnerships with our beverage company.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Closing:
- Develop and present creative beverage catering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable deals.
- Close deals effectively and efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets.
Networking:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the catering and concessions industry.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate new business opportunities.
- Actively engage with potential clients through various channels to expand the company's reach and influence.
Pipeline Management:
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle.
- Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Regularly update pipeline status and forecast sales to the VP of Sales.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with SDRs to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful long-term relationships.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality and sales materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the catering, events, or hospitality industry.
- Strong track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
