A combination of their custom-designed packaging solutions and over 20,000 in-stock SKUs shipped from (5) strategic DCs meet the unique needs of its customers.

The Position: Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic, growing team, headquartered in Bolingbrook, IL. You will be pivotal in driving sales growth by cultivating relationships and promoting our products & services. The ideal candidate will excel in prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be expected to

Manage a schedule for new business development through lead-referral and personal pipeline development.
Manage an existing customer base, capitalizing on new business within those customers
Develop and manage a sales plan working with a Sales Manager experienced in the industry
Prepare and present presentations on multi-product designs and programs
Maintain and update our networked CRM with activity, opportunities, etc.
Manage and nurture customer relationships and expectations

Requirements:


Minimum Education of an associates degree (AA) or equivalent, continuing education, or industry-specific training.
Minimum of two years of experience in industrial business-to-business sales.
Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
