Location: Warren, NJ

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Technology Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and human resources, along with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data including, employee records, job descriptions, organizational charts, etc;
  • Create custom reports for key HR metrics, trends, and analytics;
  • Aid in the design and documentation of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
  • Assist in the procurement and set up of IT equipment for new employees and offices;
  • Collaborate with other departments and vendors to troubleshoot program and system issues with third-party IT service providers;
  • Work closely with IT service providers to resolve network and systems issues as needed;
  • Partner with senior level staff on projects such as system upgrades and new program/software initiatives; and
  • Support the Chief Resource Officer (CRO) with HR and IT projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field;
  • 1-3 years of HR/HRIS experience in an office setting;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with PC, Windows operating system, and Microsoft products;
  • Ability to learn new software and technology;
  • Experience with Photoshop and/or Canva is a plus;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately;
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; and
  • Must be an enthusiastic self-starter, flexible, be able to multi-task and delegate or handle responsibilities with minimal supervision and wear many hats;
