This role is essential within our operations department, where the specialist will engage in a range of standard and specialized testing tasks, ensuring precise and timely results under direct oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare material samples for various electrical assessments related to the research and development of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging cable assemblies.
  • Conduct tests according to client specifications.
  • Occasionally work under the guidance of a senior testing specialist or a department manager.
  • Engage with clients as necessary.
  • Collect and document test data accurately.
  • Build and maintain various testing apparatus and laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of laboratory safety protocols.
  • A minimum of a two-year associate degree in an electrical or electronic field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for electrical or electronic technologies.
  • Basic comprehension of Voltage, AC/DC, and OHM's Law.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a testing-related environment.
  • Familiarity with laboratory instruments, including Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.
  • Ability to analyze and compile data from conducted tests.
  • Basic knowledge of testing principles.
  • Experience with Visual Basic and Excel Macros for 1-3+ years.
