Our recruiting effort requires a Digital Engagement and Onboarding Specialist: a person who can manage SFG social media platforms, connect with, and invite suitable candidates for Financial Professional openings within our firm. Recruiting team members then cultivate those connections, as prospects are vetted throughout the recruiting process. From there, it is your job to cultivate relationships with the new advisors and ease them into the transition to our firm. It’s pretty straightforward: the more high quality, talented individuals we recruit to our financial services teams, the more lives we will be able to touch in the process.

So… if you’re involved in your community, enjoy social media relations, are unafraid of speaking with strangers, and curious about people in general – this may be just the position for you. This role involves a lot of phone calling and some amount of in-person networking.


How will you extend our impact? You will…

What may be helpful…

- 1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment
