This role will work closely with our partners and attorneys to guarantee timely and efficient client setup. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a law firm setting, strong attention to detail, and an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Our benefits package includes competitive salaries, excellent benefits (including paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) and profit-sharing program, health/vision/dental insurance, and parking), and a normal business hours schedule of 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process conflict checks and ensure timely completion
  • Create new clients and matters in all systems
  • Draft, send, receive, and file engagement letters
  • Communicate with clients as needed
  • Train new attorneys and paralegals on client intake process
  • Maintain client intake log
  • Provide front desk backup support
  • Manage word processing requests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • One year of law firm experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Ability to organize projects and execute in a timely fashion
  • Experience working in a law firm setting preferred
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
