Corporate Onboarding Specialist

MGA Homecare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding processes. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain effective communication with all office new hires and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, collecting and processing all required documentation, background checks, and credentials.
- Assist in educating new hires on employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), wellness programs, and other ancillary benefits.
- Collaborate with the IT department to coordinate the shipment and/or assignment of company equipment, accounts, and accesses.
- Coordinate with Hiring Leaders for the onboarding, orientation, and training of new personnel.
- Collaborate with Employee Relations, IT, and HR departments for offboarding steps.
- 2+ years' experience in onboarding or Human Resources.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Proficient with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Effective time management, high attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
