Executive Administrative Assistant and Scheduler – Washington, DC

Qualifications:

  • Must Have:

    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    • At least 5 years of previous office administrative and scheduler experience
    • Expert capabilities in scheduling and usage of Scheduling Assistant in MS Outlook and Teams
    • Proficiency with Concur (government travel system)
    • Strong organizational and reporting skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Typing proficiency
    • Knowledgeable user of Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint
    • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office 365 applications
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Responsiveness and professionalism
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • College/University Degree
    • Previous experience supporting C-suite executives
    • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering emails and handling correspondence
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, including arranging domestic and international travel
  • Organizing appointments, managing assignments, and routing correspondence
  • Managing calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
  • Completing requests by answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
  • Providing historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems, primarily in SharePoint
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Preparing printed material in support of key meetings

Job Type: Hybrid (At least 3 days onsite, up to 2 days offsite)

Location: Washington DC - Northern Virginia

Salary: $60k-$75K
