Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is focused on managing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence within enterprise accounts.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver on customer expectations and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Participate in virtual sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
