Customer Success Manager

Monumental Markets is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the successful onboarding of all new Open-Door Market and Coffee/Pantry clientele. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role is responsible for providing a best-in-class new client experience through proper client onboarding and post-opening account management, while also serving as the company's brand ambassador.
What You Will Do
- Passionately represent Monumental Markets as a Brand Ambassador to promote programs, increase sales, create brand awareness and improve overall client retention
- Lead client onboarding initiatives to include ensuring client and internal departments are prepared for install, stocking, and opening
- Collaborate effectively with both the Business Development and Operations teams throughout the entire client onboarding process
- Create and distribute new client marketing materials
- Nurture new client relationships to include serving as the client's point of contact, conducting regular client health checks, monitoring weekly sales, and ensuring prompt resolution of service calls
- Attend client openings across the DMV
- Ensure a seamless account transition to the Customer Development team after 90-120 days
- Identify and sell additional service/program opportunities throughout account management process
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems as needed
Your Qualifications
- 2+ years of account/customer management experience required; experience in CPG or similar industry is preferable
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office
- Customer-service focused with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Ability to solve problems creatively and approach challenges and develop solutions that improve the customer experience and operational effectiveness
