POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales & Support Specialist is responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and providing general sales support. This role involves collaboration with marketing and sales teams to design effective email campaigns, analyze performance, and engage with customers to enhance their experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Design and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, including the creation and implementation of automated drip sequences.
  • Segment email lists and customize email content to effectively target specific audiences.
  • Analyze the performance of email campaigns by evaluating key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action for improved engagement.
  • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain and update the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with other marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Manage responses to sales email campaigns, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to gain a deep understanding of target audience pain points and preferences.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create and manage sales journeys that effectively nurture prospects.
  • Provide support in developing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot contact database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct initial sales qualification calls to assess potential leads and determine fit.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring consistent and meaningful engagement through targeted communication.
  • Coordinate the sending of "extra mile" gifts and welcome packages to prospects and new customers to enhance customer experience.

SECURITY

  • Complies with all company inventory control and security procedures and ensures compliance by others.
  • Possesses specific knowledge of safety protocols for the facility and customer accounts.

SAFETY

  • Complies with all government and company safety rules.
  • Is responsible for the safety of employees in their assigned area.
  • Reports promptly to supervision any safety violations of workers, safety noncompliance of facilities and equipment, and other safety issues.
Requirements:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.

  • College Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to think logically and problem-solve in order to analyze situations, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in email content, segmentation, and campaign execution.
