Job Summary:

This role is focused on supporting sales efforts by providing essential assistance to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary objective will be to address and resolve customer inquiries and needs promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to all incoming customer inquiries and requests.
  2. Facilitate key pick-up requests.
  3. Assist with transportation and routing inquiries related to deliveries.
  4. Process will-call orders efficiently.
  5. Provide customers with copies of invoices.
  6. Handle credit processing.
  7. Maintain an organized call list.
  8. Monitor orders prior to cut-off times.
  9. Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers.
  10. Manage same-day delivery requests for the operating company.
  11. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in foodservice sales coordination or customer support is required. Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.

Professional Skills:

Excellent telephone communication skills are essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods and must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
