9 Month Position
Role Overview:
- Demonstrate expertise in integrating support services within educational settings.
- Lead IEP meetings and oversee caseload management. Ensure all necessary documentation and data collection for IEP reports and objectives are completed.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to foster a school environment that promotes positive behavior, constructive attitudes, and core values among all students.
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with students, parents, and educational staff.
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Engage in teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Regularly meet with educators, paraprofessionals, and specialists to discuss individual student modifications, ongoing learning challenges, interventions, or concerns. Work together to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
- Participate in professional development and school enhancement initiatives to support continuous professional growth. Plan and implement best practices or innovative strategies.
- Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned.

- Valid State of Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate School Social Worker endorsements.
- Certificate of good health signed by a licensed medical provider.
