Job DescriptionJob Description

My client handles a range of restoration projects including emergency mitigation, water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, sewage cleanup, mold remediation, and much more. As a Regional Mitigation Manager you will assist the team in effectively managing the restoration division, including staffing, training and development, documentation of work performed, inventory control, equipment purchases and maintenance, and record keeping.

General Accountabilities:

· Demonstrate company services knowledge and continue to learn and educate in technique, equipment, technology, etc.

· Review and perform scopes provided by the Project Director, including supplements and revisions.

· Determine and execute proper mitigation and remediation procedures. Ensure the team's performance of water mitigation, fire mitigation, mold remediation, and storm damage emergency services adhere to CRC and industry specifications.

· Oversee scheduling of mitigation jobs and inspections, to control labor hours.

· Effectively communicate project expectations and status to Project Directors, Technicians, other team members, and customers, in a timely and clear fashion.

· Ensure safety compliance with OSHA guidelines, as well as CRC Safety Standards. Identify and follow safety protocols for lead and asbestos containing materials.

· Ensure job documentation, including photos and field reports, is thoroughly completed and updated. Maintain efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration.

· Create, manage, and participate in the on-call process, ensuring adequate coverage.

· Plan, coordinate, and schedule of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors for best use of resources.

· Meet or exceed established margin targets and performance on every job.

· Manage equipment, materials/consumables, and labor on jobs for correct job costing and invoicing.

· Maintain a proper working relationship with restoration vendors and subcontractors.
