Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee the planning and execution of home remodels, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
  • Collaborate with clients, production managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with construction guidelines, codes, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in software programs such as BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, and Adobe.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
