Regional Director of Events and Services

Eurest is a leading provider of business and industry dining solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Events and Services to join our team.

About the Role:

The Regional Director of Events and Services will be responsible for leading our Events and Audio Visual departments, ensuring the highest level of service and event operations. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advocate for company culture and values within the Events and Audio Visual departments, fostering an environment focused on people and growth.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans and processes to achieve defined vision and goals.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve key metrics.
  4. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  5. Manage budgets and financial reporting, working closely with senior leadership to ensure financial goals are met.
  6. Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and growth, leveraging technology to advance the current state of the business.
  7. Partner with other department leaders to ensure effective cross-functional business delivery and model effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BA in business administration or associate degree and equivalent, or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years as a Director or Department Head with financial accountability in a similar environment, overseeing multiple teams.
  • Experience working with various teams such as Finance, Marketing, and Projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive business growth and success.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, think strategically, and demonstrate strong business and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
