At Creative Circle, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our client's engineering projects across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will manage program deliverables, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and company goals while facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional program management activities to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Manage engineering deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Facilitate communication among technical stakeholders, including engineers and project managers, to align on project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure effective use of personnel and materials across projects.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, documenting dependencies and milestones for key deliverables.
  • Implement best practices and development processes to enhance project performance and technical excellence.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cross-functional program management with a focus on engineering deliverables, at least 5+ years.
  • Strong understanding of technical product/program management principles.
  • Experience in risk mitigation strategies and resource optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering, hardware engineering, and software engineering processes is a plus.
