Position Title: Training Sales and Business Development Coordinator
Department: Sales and Business Development
Reports To: Director of Sales & Business Development
Job Summary:
The Training Sales and Business Development Coordinator is responsible for preparing estimates and quotes for on-site training services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and promoting National Safety Health's training programs. This role involves distributing promotional materials, networking, and building relationships to expand the company's client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimates and Quotes:
- Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for on-site training services based on client requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and competitiveness of pricing.
- Collaborate with the training department to align service offerings with client needs.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for on-site training services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry contacts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Promotional Activities:
- Distribute flyers, business cards, and other promotional materials to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding on-site training inquiries and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
-Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
