 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Utilize a multidisciplinary approach to manage change and transition within organizations, programs, and projects.
  • Develop plans associated with transition management.
  • Implement major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change.
  • Complete change management assessments and change management strategy.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Create actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and/or resistance management plan.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  • Manage stakeholders.
  • Track and report issues.
  • Define and measure success metrics.
  • Monitor change progress.

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • An ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities.
Professional Certificationsn/aYears of Professional ExperienceThree (3) years of professional experienceDesired experiencePrevious experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) highly preferredFormal EducationBA/BS degreeCitizenship RequirementU.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunitySecurity Clearance RequirementsMust possess or qualify for a Public Trust (NACI)CRITICAL NOTES:
