Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated part-time and full-time Culinary Sanitation Specialists to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for food preparation and service.

Available Shifts:
  • Evening Shift
Full Time Shift: 11:45 AM – 8:15 PM ($17.20/hr)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently wash and rinse all dishes, utensils, and glassware, ensuring proper sterilization temperatures and appropriate soap usage.
2. Perform sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal, along with additional tasks as assigned.
3. Thoroughly wash and sanitize all dining china and glassware.
4. Sanitize pots and pans, assisting the Cook with cleaning service ware.
5. Sort, wash, and sanitize silverware.
6. Properly store all china, glass, and other kitchen items in designated locations.
7. Conduct a complete sweep and mop of the kitchen area at the end of each shift.
8. Dispose of trash as required and at the conclusion of the shift.
9. Maintain kitchen sanitation standards under the guidance of the Cook and Chef.
10. Assist with inventory and stock duties as needed.
11. Support kitchen operations as requested by the Lead Cook or Foodservice Manager on duty.
