This is a remote position.

Benore Logistic Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on recruitment marketing preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective ad strategies to attract top talent
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment ads across various platforms
  • Create engaging ad copy and content tailored to different roles and platforms
  • Design visually appealing graphics for recruitment marketing materials
  • Organize and coordinate photoshoots for authentic workplace visuals
  • Manage job postings and company profiles on recruitment platforms
  • Monitor and respond to reviews to maintain a positive employer brand
  • Generate detailed reports on ad performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to align recruitment marketing strategies with overall brand objectives

Requirements Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on recruitment marketing preferred
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and others
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and techniques for tracking ad performance
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
