This role offers the potential for unlimited commission alongside a base salary. Successful individuals can anticipate earning over $80,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) during their initial year.

The base salary begins at $20 per hour, influenced by various factors such as work experience, education, geographic location, and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue high-quality leads through door-to-door marketing efforts within the designated area.
  • Generate qualified sales leads as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Independently travel to the assigned territory while consistently representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism.
  • Utilize the Renewal by Andersen mapping software and business applications to maintain accurate records of neighborhood interactions and data tracking.
  • Maintain a courteous, neat, and professional appearance, adhering to required municipal permits at all times.
  • Participate in company meetings as necessary.
  • Share insights with the Canvassing Program Manager that could enhance the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies.
  • Master the methodologies, products, and current promotional offerings of Renewal by Andersen.
  • Become an expert in Signature Service.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
